The Blueprint is a structured starting point for beginner couples in Nairobi. Yes — ideally before you've booked anything. The Blueprint is most valuable when you're at the beginning, because the decisions you make first shape everything that follows. If you've already started booking vendors, it may still help, but some of its value is in preventing the wrong early commitments.

The Blueprint is priced at 1.5% of your total wedding budget, with a minimum fee of KES 10,000. For a KES 600,000 wedding, that's KES 10,000. For a KES 1,000,000 wedding, that's KES 15,000. You can calculate your exact investment using the calculator at the top of this page.

Not exactly. Traditional wedding planners manage your entire wedding from start to finish — and charge accordingly. The Blueprint is focused specifically on giving you a structured foundation at the beginning: a clear budget, a planning timeline, and vetted vendor options. You stay in control of every decision. It does not include wedding day coordination or on-site management — that is covered separately by The Moment, for couples who want a professional to run the day itself.

Not at all. Every final decision remains yours. We source, vet, and present options that fit your budget and brief — but we never pressure you into any booking. Our role is to give you informed choices, not to make decisions for you.

Both options are available. Strategy sessions can be held in person in Nairobi or virtually via video call — whichever works best for you. Site visits for venues are done in person, and we accompany you to guide the conversation with each venue.

Typically two to four weeks, depending on your availability for sessions and site visits. The goal is not to rush — it's to make sure every recommendation is well-researched and genuinely fits your brief before we present it.
